Hali' imaile started dancing and publicly performing at the age of 4 with her parents Joe and Ada Leuck. She danced with her Dad's halau-Hula Halau Pili Hana in Arizona, California, Nevada, and New Mexico. At age 17 she went to Hawaii and took hula. She moved to California and started dancing Tahitian with Otea 'Api at age 18. Shortly after she met her husband, Rodolfo Pambuan, and started a family. At age 20 she decided to move back to Arizona and started to help teach as Alaka'i with her Dad's Halau. Hali' imaile continues to perform with the Halau throughout Arizona and is presently working on becoming a Kumu Hula. Her focus is on perpetuating the Polynesian Culture & carrying on her father's legacy-teaching the beautiful art of Hula Thursday evenings at
Barney Family Sports Complex.
